Description: This is a nice variation of meat-loaf, the feta and parsley gives it a nice flavour and the layers makes it look nice too.

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 small onion (minced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 egg

1 tbs flour

1 tbs oats

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

300mg feta cheese (diced)

1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)

 

 

 

Directions

In mixing bowl combine meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour and oats over mixture and add egg and milk, mix well.

In baking pan, put 1/2 the meat as bottom layer, add a layer of feta cheese then a layer of parsley, another layer of feta cheese and top with the rest of the meat.

Bake in pre-heated oven 375F  for approx. 45 min.

I like to serve it with potatoes and green beans.

This is one of my favorite variations of meatloaf. Even if you use all beef it is still a nice change from the ordinary
